Media Pass Policy – Important Update

To maintain a secure and professional media environment, all media representatives must be pre-approved before receiving a media pass for entry into the Sherman Celtic Festival.  No walk-up requests will be accepted..

How to Apply for a Media Pass:

1. Complete the Official Media Pass Application – Fill out the form below with your name, email, publication name, number of passes requested, and the day(s) you plan to attend.

2. Await Approval – Our team will review your application and notify you by email if you’ve been approved.

3. Check-in at Headquarters (Entry gate near the food truck court)  – Approved media representatives must pick up their official media pass at the Headquarters Gate before entering the festival.

This policy will be strictly enforced. Unauthorized media attempting entry will be denied access.
